Wrapping up 2020 – What 2021 Holds

Hello peeps,

What a hectic time we live in. I am sure everyone has been disrupted in some capacity due to all of the lovely activities (that’s sarcastic) that 2020 brought into our lives. I first would like to wish everyone good health (mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, in Cyberpunk (if it’s not crashing)).

The main objective, I guess of 2020, was just surviving. This was literal and a lot of cases. Due to the impacts of the pandemic, there were other negative consequences as it related to jobs, people being able to pay their rent, and just dealing with friends and family with limited social contact. For all those who may have suffered physically or had people close to you pass – my condolences.

I want to talk a little bit about the future and what we can be accomplished in 2021.

My goal (which I haven’t always been consistent with) has always been to share a little bit of the knowledge and wisdom that may have been accumulated during my journey.

The Information Technology space and more specifically Security, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, Governance can be quite formidable. Especially for those new to those domains, and who are looking for some guidance/pointers on where to go to gain more knowledge about a particular subject.

This blog has been around for about 3 years, however, I have not had the opportunity to keep content flowing, and keep my eye on the real prize…. until now.

I look forward to posting more and offering more content to help those who are on this same journey. Looking for knowledge, skill, stability, and value.

I plan on providing guidance across many different areas – through training content – blogs – podcasts – and other tools that can assist individuals in their quest in securing the organizations, homes, people they care about.

I appreciate any support and welcome any feedback, suggestions, or dialogue – as I look forward to talking to you all and providing the little bit of guidance I may have working in this space. I’m all for reducing the amount of headaches we get!

Here’s to a great 2021 – I look forward to our engagements!
